Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily store operations at construction site/project.
· Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
· Maintain inward/outward stock records, GRN, material issue slips, and stock registers.
· Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and safety of materials.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
· Issue materials against approved requisitions from site engineers.
· Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
· Maintain records in MS Excel/ERP software.
· Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts teams.
· Ensure FIFO method and minimize material wastage/loss.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.
Qualification:
· Diploma in Civil /B.E.,Civil
· 2–5 years in construction site stores/store handling.
· Real Estate / Commercial / Residential / Civil Construction Projects exp preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.96 - ₹25,000.85 per month
