1. Administrative Operations
- Manage all administrative activities across apartment projects.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain office infrastructure, equipment, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with various departments for operational requirements.
2. Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance of common areas and amenities.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, DG sets, STP, WTP, and fire safety systems.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
3. Security Management
- Supervise security personnel and agency performance.
- Ensure visitor management procedures are followed.
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control.
- Conduct regular security audits and emergency preparedness drills.
4. Housekeeping Management
- Manage housekeeping staff and outsourced agencies.
- Ensure cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, parking areas, clubhouses, and landscaped areas.
- Maintain hygiene standards throughout the premises.
5. Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify and onboard service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Verify invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Ensure all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are renewed on time.
6. Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of office and facility assets.
- Monitor inventory of administrative supplies and consumables.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of assets.
- Prevent misuse or loss of company property.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance related to administration and facilities.
- Maintain licenses, insurance documents, AMC agreements, and service records.
- Coordinate audits and compliance inspections.
- Maintain proper documentation for administrative activities.
8. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare annual administration budgets.
- Monitor monthly administrative expenses.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
9. Resident Support
- Coordinate with residents for administrative concerns.
- Address complaints related to common facilities.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Support resident meetings and community events.
10. Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Conduct safety awareness programs.
- Coordinate periodic health and safety inspections.
- Maintain first aid and emergency response readiness.
11. Team Management
- Supervise administrative, housekeeping, and security staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Conduct periodic training programs.
- Ensure discipline and employee engagement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
