Position Name : Summar Trainee
- Objectives : The primary focus will be on Brand Awareness and Retailer Mapping across assigned territories. Additionally, trainees may be assigned specific research-based projects aligned with business requirements.
- Reporting Structure: Each trainee will report to the respective Territory Reporting Manager. The overall progress and performance will be continuously tracked and monitored Sales Head.
- Duration: 2-3 months
- Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Key Responsibilities: Market research, retailer mapping, data collection
- Deliverables: Weekly progress reports, KPI-based project completion, and a final report with insights and recommendations
- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates pursuing BBA/MBA with good communication skills and basic knowledge of market research and sales processe.
