Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across India. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working directly with a company/organization (not a recruitment consultancy), possess strong campus hiring expertise, and be comfortable traveling across PAN India to meet hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities (JD)Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
Campus Hiring
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Represent the company during campus hiring events.
- Deliver professional PPT presentations to students.
- Conduct pre-placement talks and recruitment sessions.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring status.
Travel
- Travel across PAN India for recruitment drives, campus hiring, and hiring events as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Must have worked in a company/organization (Consultancy experience alone will not be considered)
- Willingness to travel across India
- Strong presentation skills
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Must reside near Pitampura, Delhi
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
