Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist)

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (IT Hardware, AI & Software)
- Drive end-to-end tech recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
- Target talent pools across niche domains including AI/ML Engineers, Software Developers, IT Hardware Engineers, Infrastructure Leads, and Technical Support Specialists.
- Leverage job portals, professional networks (LinkedIn), campus drives, and employee referral programs to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Benchmark compensation and negotiate offers aligned with industry standards and internal budgets.
2. Payroll & HR Operations
- Oversee monthly end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring high accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Track attendance, leave balances, overtime, shift allowances, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
- Address employee payroll queries promptly and maintain confidential, audit-ready payroll records.
3. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring all documentation and background checks are complete.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives to drive workplace morale and retention.
4. HR Generalist & Compliance
- Assist in defining and executing performance appraisal cycles (KRA/KPI tracking and performance reviews).
- Manage employee life-cycle processes, including probation confirmations, promotions, grievances, and exit formalities/F&F settlements.
- Ensure workplace policies comply with local labor laws and internal guidelines.
Key Qualifications & Skills Education:
- Graduate degree with HR specialization (BBA HR, BMS HR, B.Com HR, or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, payroll handling, and generalist HR functions.
- Tech Hiring Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical skill sets across IT Hardware, AI/ML models, Software Stacks, and Infrastructure roles.
- Payroll Expertise: Proficiency with payroll software/HRMS and strong fundamentals in statutory compliances.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conflict-resolution ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
