Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- MIRs and JMRs preparation and follow ups with Clients / Project Managers.
- Timely certification by clients/consultants.
- Timely submission of monthly RA Bills.
- Deriving the RABs final values and co-ordination with Accounts to generate E-invoices and submission of the same to Clients.
- Reduction in billing cycle time.
- Accuracy of quantities and billing documentation.
- Recovery of certified payments within agreed timelines.
- Effective management of variation claims.
- Accurate subcontractor billing verification.
- Zero billing disputes arising from quantity or documentation errors.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
