Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves understanding customer financial needs and connecting them with suitable financial products through our network of licensed professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated by the company
- Schedule and manage appointments between clients and financial advisors
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and handle customer queries effectively
