Position: Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to RevLabs' growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand client challenges and propose suitable marketing and branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable RevLabs services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Prior experience in marketing agencies, digital marketing, branding, media, hospitality, or SaaS is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Comfortable with client meetings and networking events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
