Role Overview
The Client Partner – Customer Success & Marketing Measurement will manage a portfolio of Lifesight customers and ensure they achieve measurable value from the platform.
The role is structured equally across two areas:
Customer Success: Customer relationships, adoption, engagement, renewals, account growth, risk management, and internal coordination.
Marketing Measurement: Measurement strategy, experiment planning, insight interpretation, business recommendations, and activation of findings.
The ideal candidate will combine strong customer management skills with practical knowledge of marketing measurement, paid media, analytics, and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success

Own the customer relationship from onboarding through adoption, value realization, renewal, and account expansion.

Develop a detailed understanding of each customer’s business model, marketing strategy, priorities, stakeholders, and success measures.

Build and maintain success plans aligned with customer goals, platform adoption, measurement outcomes, and commercial milestones.

Conduct regular customer reviews, including onboarding sessions, progress updates, quarterly business reviews, and executive discussions.

Monitor customer health, product adoption, engagement, risks, and delivery dependencies.

Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, data challenges, adoption barriers, and operational delays.

Coordinate with Product, Data Science, Implementation, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure timely customer delivery.

Build strong relationships with Marketing, Analytics, Data, Finance, Agency, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Own renewal planning, forecasting, and execution for the assigned customer portfolio.

Identify and develop relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and measurable business value.

Capture customer feedback and convert recurring needs into actionable recommendations for Product and internal teams.

Support the creation of customer case studies, references, testimonials, webinars, and advocacy programs.
Marketing Measurement

Understand the customer’s media mix, commercial objectives, measurement maturity, data availability, and decision-making processes.

Develop measurement roadmaps that align Marketing Mix Modelling, incrementality testing, attribution, and experimentation with customer priorities.

Co-create monthly and quarterly measurement plans with customers and internal Marketing Science teams.

Support experiment design, including hypothesis development, test selection, holdout or geo-split design, data requirements, and success measures.

Guide customers through data preparation, quality checks, experiment execution, results interpretation, and follow-up actions.

Translate complex models and analytical findings into clear business narratives for marketers, finance leaders, and executive stakeholders.

Provide recommendations on media allocation, campaign performance, budget optimization, customer acquisition, and incremental growth.

Help customers incorporate measurement findings into planning, forecasting, budgeting, and media-buying processes.

Ensure measurement recommendations are commercially relevant, statistically credible, and actionable.

Develop repeatable measurement playbooks, templates, executive summaries, ROI frameworks, and best-practice guides.

Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, customer education, and industry discussions on measurement, MMM, attribution, and incrementality.
Required Experience
-
3-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Science, Growth Marketing, Media Strategy, Analytics Consulting, or a related role.

Customer-facing experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients in SaaS, analytics, martech, adtech, data, or consulting environments.

Working knowledge of marketing measurement concepts, including Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, attribution, lift testing, and campaign analytics.

Experience working with paid media channels and marketing performance metrics.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers, stakeholders, workstreams, and commercial priorities.

Experience conducting executive reviews, presenting analytical findings, and translating data into business recommendations.

Experience supporting customer adoption, retention, renewals, and account expansion.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with Marketing Measurement Organisations, consumer brands, ecommerce businesses, retailers, financial services, digital platforms, agencies, or other media-intensive organizations.

Experience with marketing measurement, causal inference, experimentation, analytics, or decision-intelligence platforms.

Experience working with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Revenue teams.

Knowledge of statistical concepts and experience interpreting analytical models would be valuable.

Additional European language capabilities would be beneficial.
