- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy, data entry skills, and familiarity with CRM software.
