We are looking for a polished, professional, and service-oriented F&B Butler for an ultra-luxury private residence located at Altamount Road, Cumballa Hill, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in luxury hospitality or reputed 5-star hotels with strong expertise in food & beverage service, guest handling, and fine dining etiquette.
The candidate should possess excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high standards of personalized service in a private household environment.
- Provide high-end food & beverage service to family members and guests.
- Set up and manage formal and informal dining arrangements.
- Serve meals, beverages, tea/coffee, and refreshments as per service standards.
- Maintain table settings, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and dining areas in immaculate condition.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff for smooth meal service and guest requirements.
- Handle guest hospitality with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure pantry and service areas are organized and well maintained.
- Assist during private gatherings, dinners, and special occasions.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
- Prior experience as an F&B Butler, Steward, or Service Associate in reputed 5-star hotels or luxury residences.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service and hospitality etiquette.
- Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, disciplined, and service-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to residence requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from luxury hotels, premium clubs, or private residences.
- Experience in VIP guest handling and formal dining service will be an added advantage.
