Touchwood Group is looking for a dynamic, organized, and passionate Junior Entertainment Manager to join our Entertainment Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the entertainment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage artists, clients, and event deliverables efficiently.
This role involves coordinating artist bookings, maintaining artist databases, preparing costings and proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring the successful execution of entertainment requirements for weddings, corporate events, luxury celebrations, and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with artists, celebrity managers, influencers, performers, talent agencies, and vendors.
- Source and onboard new artists to expand the company's entertainment portfolio.
- Maintain and regularly update the Artist Database (Artist Table) with artist profiles, availability, commercials, technical riders, and contact details, Artist TBL
- Prepare artist quotations, budgets, cost sheets, and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Negotiate artist fees, availability, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Recommend suitable artists and entertainment acts based on client requirements, event themes, and budgets.
- Coordinate artist bookings, contracts, travel, accommodation, hospitality, and backstage requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales, Creative, Production, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Prepare event schedules, artist briefing documents, performance timelines, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their entertainment expectations and provide suitable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artist managers, agencies, and industry partners.
- Ensure all artist agreements, invoices, payment schedules, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Handle last-minute artist changes, event challenges, and crisis situations professionally.
- Conduct research on entertainment trends, celebrity availability, artist pricing, and emerging talent.
- Support the sales team by preparing artist presentations and entertainment proposals.
- Monitor entertainment budgets and ensure cost-effective artist selection.
- Maintain confidentiality of artist contracts, commercial information, and client details.
- Prepare post-event reports, artist feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure excellent coordination between clients, artists, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Artist Management, Entertainment, Event Management, Hospitality, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and commercial understanding.
- Experience in preparing artist costings, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Good knowledge of celebrities, performers, influencers, and the entertainment industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making abilities.
- Patient listener with excellent client servicing and people management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in weddings, entertainment, celebrity management, or luxury events will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or near South Delhi will be preferred.
