1. Should have hands on experience on java.
2. Should have ability to resolve complex issues within SLA.
3. Should able to mentor L1/L2 team in case required.
4. Should be able to share RCA for issues and fix the same.
5. Should have experience for application monitoring with the help of tools like Kibana/Splunk.
6. Should provide deployment support in case of required.
7. Should be able to coordinate with L1/l2 teams and developers for closing /fixing the issue.
Skills required
1. Strong knowledge java.
2. Experience on tools like Kibana/ELK for monitoring.
3. Experience on SQL (Mongo/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
4. Incident management
5. Strong problem solving skills.
6. Strong communication skills.
