Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage client accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
· Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
· Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
· Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
· Offer bookkeeping services to clients, including maintaining accurate financial records.
· Analyze client financial records to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
· Correct any inaccuracies or errors in financial data.
· Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
· Handle cash management, including receipts, disbursements, and bank deposits.
· Monitor and track income and expenses.
· Validate bank accounts and maintain ledger accounts.
· Respond to client inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and financial information.
· Perform data entry and word processing tasks as needed.
· Collaborate with accountants and auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Perform general clerical duties as required.
· Assist with payroll and compliance audits.
· Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for budget improvements.
· Adhere to all accounting rules, regulations, and internal controls.
· Perform monthly and annual account closings.
· Protect financial information by implementing security measures and maintaining confidentiality.
· Ensure timely payment of invoices and receipt of payments.
· Comply with financial policies and regulations.
· Collect, analyze, and summarize financial data to prepare financial reports.
· Implement data backup procedures to safeguard financial information.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
· Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally ERP, etc.) with advanced skills in Tally.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to handle confidential financial information.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
