Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of glass processing, fabrication, and dispatch activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory levels of glass, hardware, and other materials to avoid shortages and excess stock.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Supervise and lead production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships for operational requirements.
- Review operational reports, KPIs, and production data to drive informed decision-making.
- Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Support management in achieving business growth and operational targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the glass, façade, aluminum, windows, or construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of glass processing, fabrication, installation, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
