We are looking for a Telecalling & Operations Executive to join our growing e-commerce startup. The role mainly focuses on telecalling potential customers, supporting day-to-day operations, and coordinating office and e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling to new and potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Support daily business operations and coordination
- Assist in e-commerce order processing and customer follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer database and records
- Perform basic office administration tasks
- Assist with basic accounts documentation and data entry
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle customer interactions confidently
- Willingness to travel if required for official work

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
