We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) for a leading travel client in Mohali.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Customer Support is preferred.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Work Schedule:
- 6 Days Working
- 9 Hours Shift
- Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Week Off
Selection Process:
- HR Interview
- VETI-4 Assessment
- Typing Test (Minimum 25 WPM with 90% Accuracy)
- Operations Interview
Salary Structure:
- ₹20,000 CTC To Upto ₹24,000 CTC (Based On Interview)
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
