Should support the sales team by managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, maintaining CRM records, preparing sales materials, processing orders, and generating reports, ensuring smooth operations and efficient achievement of sales targets, often requiring skills in CRM software, MS Office, and strong communication to bridge sales, marketing, and client needs.
Handle initial customer inquiries, provide updates, manage client databases, and offer post-sales support.
Accurately enter order information, maintain sales records, track team progress, and generate reports for management.
Liaise with other departments (marketing, finance) for seamless order fulfillment and project execution.
Accurately process and track sales orders, informing clients of any delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support or coordination only in the IT sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written/verbal), organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
- should be aggressive, presentable, knowledge of IT related products is compulsory
