Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close conversations effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,519.12 - ₹10,851.81 per month
