Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, programs, or career paths.
- Explain academic programs, admission procedures, and opportunities to students.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Support students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to achieve counseling targets.
- Provide feedback to improve academic offerings and student experience.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 months experience as an Academic Counselor or in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide clear guidance.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Strong convincing and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Management preferred).
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
