Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the visitor register, answer queries, and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate staff, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy, organized, and professional manner.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for school leadership, including meetings with parents or stakeholders.
- Ensure that the reception is well-stocked with necessary materials like stationery and brochures.
- Provide administrative support to school principals by managing day-to-day tasks and follow-ups.
- Coordinate school events such as parent meetings, school plays, and field trips.
Admissions:
- Handle inquiries from prospective parents regarding the school’s curriculum, activities, and admission process.
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and follow up with inquiries to convert them into admissions.
- Assist parents during the application process, providing detailed guidance on required documents and steps.
- Counsel parents on the benefits of the school’s offerings and address concerns regarding academics, extracurricular activities, and facilities.
- Schedule and coordinate school tours for parents and prospective students.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with parents through calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
- Keep detailed records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and admission progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Principal and admissions team to finalize enrollments and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials or events to attract prospective parents, such as open houses or admission drives.
- Regularly analyze and report admission trends to improve strategies and enhance the admissions process.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with parents and visitors effectively.
- Empathy and active listening skills to counsel parents and address their concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple inquiries and admissions processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in front office operations or admissions (preferred).
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
