Digital Marketing & Telecalling Executive

To strengthen our outreach, we are seeking a dynamic professional who can combine digital marketing expertise with telecalling skills to maximize customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social media management – Create, schedule, and optimize content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- SEO & SEM – Improve website ranking, manage paid campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
- Content creation – Write blogs, articles, and promotional material aligned with our brand voice.
- Email marketing – Design and execute campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analytics & reporting – Track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Telecalling outreach – Contact potential and existing clients to explain services, answer queries, and generate leads.
- Customer relationship management – Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback to build long-term trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in digital marketing or telecalling preferred
Pay: ₹10,068.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
