About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for our IT and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and other platforms.
- Identify and target potential clients for IT Services, Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development, and Digital Marketing Services.
- Research target markets, companies, decision-makers, and business requirements.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, and other lead-generation tools.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
- Conduct initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and project potential.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified lead follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and prospecting targets.
- Track outreach activities, responses, and conversions.
Requirements
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or IT sales.
- Experience in lead generation for IT Services, Software Development, Web & Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and lead-generation techniques.
- Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Candidates with experience working with international clients/markets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,582.82 - ₹40,959.07 per month
