About the Company
Raigad Steel Roll Forms is a growing steel forming and industrial manufacturing company specializing in PEB structures and steel solutions. We are looking for an experienced Factory General Manager to lead manufacturing operations and ensure smooth plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete factory and production operations
- Manage manpower, production planning, and daily operational activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor quality control and safety compliance across the plant
- Coordinate with technical, maintenance, dispatch, and purchase departments
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce production downtime
- Handle inventory management and material utilization
- Ensure proper discipline and workflow management inside the factory
Candidate Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations
- Experience in steel, fabrication, PEB, or industrial manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and factory administration
- Ability to handle operational challenges and maintain productivity
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile
✔ Experience in manufacturing or steel industry preferred
✔ Strong operational and workforce management capabilities
