We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and office administration while supporting a creative and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Develop HR policies and maintain employee records
Coordinate performance reviews and staff evaluations
Ensure employee discipline and workplace compliance
Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
Support management in team coordination and office operations
Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and retention activities
Requirements
MBA in HR or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the Interior
Experience in the interior/construction/creative industry preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
Salary
Best in the industry based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
