1. Equipment & Utilities Maintenance
- HVAC Systems: Manage maintenance of cleanroom air handling units (AHUs), HEPA filters, and differential pressure controls.
- Water Systems: Oversee upkeep of purified water (PW), water for injection (WFI), and pure steam generators.
- Critical Utilities: Maintain air compressors, chillers, boilers, and power backup generators.
- Production Machinery: Supervise troubleshooting and repair of process equipment (e.g., granulators, blister packers, autoclaves, vial washing, and filling lines).
2. Compliance & Quality Assurance (cGMP / Audit)
- Documentation: Ensure rigorous maintenance logging, calibration records, and audit trails are audit-ready.
- CAPA & Validation: Execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and support equipment qualification and re-validation.
- Safety & EHS: Enforce strict adherence to electrical safety (LOTO - Lockout/Tagout), mechanical hazards, and cleanroom gowning protocols.
3. Strategy & Operations
- PM Program: Develop, execute, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance schedules to prevent cross-contamination and unexpected downtime.
- Spare Parts Inventory: Manage critical spare parts inventory, indenting, and vendor procurement to avoid stock-outs on proprietary machinery.
- Team Leadership: Train, allocate workloads, and assess the mechanical and electrical technician teams to build technical competency
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
