About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Australian Migration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the Australian Permanent Residency (PR) assessment process, provide accurate information on migration pathways, and ensure an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eligibility assessments for Australian PR applicants.
- Counsel clients on suitable Australian migration pathways based on their profile.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, and the overall application process.
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for smooth case handling.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with Australian immigration policies and program changes.
- Knowledge to legal compliance
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law preferred.
- Experience in Australian PR, immigration consulting, visa counseling, or overseas education is preferred.
