Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Testing Engineer to perform testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and quality verification of Online UPS Systems, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, Battery Banks, and other power conditioning equipment before dispatch. The role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Testing
- Perform functional, electrical, and load testing of UPS Systems, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, and other Enventa products.
- Verify product performance as per approved testing procedures.
2. Quality Inspection
- Inspect products for electrical, mechanical, and visual quality before dispatch.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
3. Fault Diagnosis & Rectification
- Identify defects or failures during testing.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with the Production team for necessary rectification and re-testing.
4. Test Documentation
- Prepare and maintain testing reports, quality checklists, and inspection records.
- Ensure all testing documents are complete and traceable.
5. Final Quality Clearance
- Approve products for dispatch only after successful completion of all required tests.
- Ensure no defective product is released for dispatch.
6. Equipment & Instrument Management
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of testing instruments and equipment.
- Report any calibration or maintenance requirements.
7. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Purchase, Service, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely testing and product readiness.
8. Process Improvement
- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability.
9. Safety & Compliance
- Follow all electrical safety standards, testing procedures, and company SOPs while performing testing activities.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in testing UPS Systems, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Power Electronics, or Industrial Electrical Equipment.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Online UPS Systems, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, and Battery Banks.
- Electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and load banks.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (or as per production requirements)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Power Electronics Testing: 2 years (Required)
- Electrical/Electronic Testing department: 2 years (Required)
