.Key Responsibilities:* Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US-based IT requirements* Work with different tax terms such as W2, CZC, and 1099
Post job openings on portals like Linkedin, Monster, Dice, etc.
* Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates* Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews*
Maintain candidate database and regular follow-ups* Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT candidatesRequirements:
* Freshers with excellent English communication can apply* Experienced candidates must have knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring
* Hands-on experience with job portals (Linkedin, Monster, Dice, etc.) is preferred* Strong verbal and written communication skills (Top-notch English required)
