Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for our Real Estate and Solar Energy businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, social media management, content strategy, SEO, and marketing automation. The role requires a data-driven professional capable of generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting sales growth across both business verticals.
Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate projects and solar energy solutions.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential, commercial, and solar projects.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve results.
Social Media Management
- Create and execute social media content calendars.
- Manage company pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand reach through strategic content and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign execution.
SEO & Website Management
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversions.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Coordinate website updates, landing page creation, and conversion optimization.
Content Marketing
- Develop compelling content for blogs, project launches, solar awareness campaigns, email marketing, brochures, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to create targeted marketing materials.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Track customer acquisition costs and marketing effectiveness.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, agencies, and sales teams.
- Support event promotions, project launches, and digital branding initiatives.
- Mentor junior marketing team members when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Real Estate, Solar, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,079.99 - ₹60,837.45 per month
