About the Role
Wearzo Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Executive who can manage daily garment production activities, coordinate with the Factory In-Charge, improve efficiency, ensure quality standards, and help achieve production targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in apparel manufacturing and be capable of handling different garment categories such as uniforms, shirts, trousers, t-shirts, polos, jackets, and industrial wear.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate daily production activities with the Factory In-Charge.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Track production from cutting to packing.
- Monitor daily output and report production status.
Line Management
- Assist in line setup for new styles.
- Support line balancing activities.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Efficiency Monitoring
- Monitor operator productivity and line efficiency.
- Maintain daily production reports.
- Track:
- Production Output
- Operator Efficiency
- Line Efficiency
- Machine Utilization
- Rejections & Alterations
Quality Control
- Ensure garments meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with QC team to reduce defects.
- Take corrective actions on recurring quality issues.
Production Reporting
Prepare and maintain:
- Daily Production Report (DPR)
- Line Efficiency Report
- Rejection Report
- WIP Report
- Pending Order Status
Team Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Factory In-Charge
- Cutting Team
- QC Team
- Finishing Team
- Stores Team
- Support operators and supervisors in achieving targets.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in an apparel manufacturing unit.
