Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – EHV to lead and manage Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission line and substation projects. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, planning, coordination, quality, safety, client handling, and timely completion of projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end execution of EHV transmission line and substation projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities as per timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site execution including civil, electrical, erection, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare project schedules, DPRs, progress reports, and MIS reports.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources effectively.
- Handle project documentation, billing, and client approvals.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of project materials.
- Attend review meetings with management and clients.
- Support testing and commissioning of EHV systems.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of EHV Transmission Line & Substation Projects
- Project planning and execution skills
- Team management and leadership ability
- Knowledge of electrical systems, switchyards, transformers, and substations
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office
- Understanding of safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
