Job Title: Project Manager - Interior Design
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior design projects. This role involves managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interior design process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of interior design projects.
- Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and coordinate with clients and designers.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, project schedules, and execution plans.
- Support pre-sales activities including client meetings and site visits.
- Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and timelines.
- Track Planned vs. Actual project status and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure quality control of materials and inventory management.
- Handle procurement, vendor negotiations, and contractor bill verification.
- Coordinate execution of Civil, Carpentry, Electrical, POP, Modular, Painting, False Ceiling, Flooring, Finishing, and allied works.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate effectively between design and execution teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects meet SK Design Studio's quality standards and client expectations.
- Deliver successful project handovers with excellent finishing.
- Manage post-handover client support as per project terms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams.
- Drive continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager in Interior Design/Fit-Out Projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of interior execution, construction methods, materials, BOQs, and project planning.
- Experience in handling multiple residential and commercial interior projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, client handling, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Salary range: Up to Rs. 60,000/- (Negotiable based on experience, interview performance, and portfolio)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
