Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Handle high-value client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and improve lead conversion rates.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Track team performance, maintain sales reports, and ensure process compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling revenue targets and client relationships.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- High ownership, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
