Key Responsibilities
- Material Inspection: Check raw fabrics, threads, zippers, and buttons for defects like stains, color variations, and weak fibers.
- Inline Monitoring: Observe cutting, stitching, and finishing processes to catch and fix errors early.
- Testing: Perform physical tests on fabrics for strength, shrinkage, and colorfastness.
- Garment Checking: Inspect finished garments for uneven seams, loose threads, or incorrect sizing.
- Documentation: Record inspection results, track defect rates, and write daily error reports.
- Process Improvement: Suggest corrective actions to the production team to prevent the same mistakes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
