AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) – Healthcare RCM
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
- Analyze remittance advice (ERA/EOB) to identify payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
- Knowledge about Medicare Medicaid & CMS-1500 form
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts.
Education:
- Undergraduate or Graduate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
