Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving revenue, managing the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to booking and registration. This role combines team handling, client interaction, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Support
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into site visits and bookings
- Support in closing deals and negotiation with clients
- Ensure proper follow-up until registration completion
2. Team Coordination
- Supervise telecallers and junior sales executives
- Track daily performance (calls, leads, site visits)
- Guide team on pitching, objection handling, and follow-ups
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings
3. Lead Management
- Monitor leads from portals, campaigns, and referrals
- Ensure proper lead allocation and tracking in CRM
- Improve conversion ratio from lead to booking
4. Client Handling
- Attend site visits with clients when required
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally
5. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze funnel performance (Lead → Visit → Booking → Registration)
- Provide insights to improve sales performance
6. Coordination
- Work closely with marketing team for campaigns
- Coordinate with legal/CRM team for documentation & registration
- Support management in pricing strategy and offers

Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2–5 years experience in real estate sales
- Prior experience in team handling is an advantage
