Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Manage part of Loan Operations Frontend/ Backend for a NBFC Platform
§ Manage Borrower Frontend/ Backend Processes and MIS
§ Support the Channel Partner Team for queries or services, closures etc.
§ Work closely with Technology team for upgrade & resolution on the system platform
Key Skills/Abilities:
§ Knowledge of Loan Operations System (Loan Origination and Loan Management System)
§ Knowledge of Loans Operations Frontend and Backend including Disbursals, Closure of Loans, Customer queries etc.
§ Ability to establish MISs and Process for Loans Operations
