About the Role
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer experience team. Your contributions will help us in delivering exceptional service, improve sales and customer satisfaction across all customer touchpoint, and develop effective customer retention strategies. This role offers hands-on learning and exposure to the importance of CX in business growth and identifying the key business metrics which is impacted by customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, chat, voice, and social media to identify the key areas of improvement in terms of quality and business impact.
- Analyzing customer feedback on Sales and Service to identify areas for improvement and meeting customer demand.
- Conducting time and motion studies to optimize team performance along with ensuring the quality of the work.
- Create and analyze customer insights data related to before and after sales that results in measurable improve in Sales and Service and the impact of the same in customer experience and business metrics with historical data.
- Analyzing Sales funnel with Sales Team and building strategy in improving Sales.
- Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and suggest strategic sales plans.
- Performing in-depth market and competitor analysis.
- Developing sales pitches for the inside sales and outbound sales teams to improve revenue generation of the department.
- Monitoring competitor pricing, products and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales team to handle customer on objections and ensure conversion.
- Propose innovative ideas to optimize sales and enhance existing successful strategies
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to customer-related initiatives collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and communicating potential improvements in the overall customer experience.
- Analyzing feedback, updating FAQs, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Contributing to process enhancements and supporting customer retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with customer support tool experience a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
