3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, preferably within eCommerce or performance-driven digital businesses.
Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), SQL, and dashboarding/reporting tools.
Experience working with platforms like Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.
Comfortable working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into business insights.
