A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the hospital's electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical support utilities, and general infrastructure. They conduct preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, ensure equipment and facilities are safe and operational, maintain maintenance records, and comply with safety and hospital standards.
A Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and utilities. They oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage the maintenance team and vendors, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, control maintenance budgets, and minimize equipment downtime to support uninterrupted patient care.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related trade (preferred).
Experience: 5–8 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
