Balaji Trading is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to promote and sell our products/services, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, market knowledge, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Promote company products/services and achieve sales targets
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and payments
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Visit customer sites as required
- Maintain sales records and submit regular reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (trading/industrial sector preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
