Key Responsibilities :
1. Greet pet parents and visitors warmly; assist with registrations, appointments, billing, and service.
2. Manage incoming calls, return missed calls, maintain call logs, and conduct follow-ups for appointments, vaccination reminders, treatment feedback, and pending reports.
3. Coordinate daily appointment schedules with doctors and vet technicians; ensure seamless flow across reception, consultation, pharmacy, lab, and grooming.
4. Handle client concerns courteously and escalate complex issues appropriately.
5. Manage professional email communication; maintain accurate client records, patient details, invoices, and medical files (digital and physical).
6. Clearly explain hospital services, wellness plans, packages, offers, and membership benefits to clients.
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Minimum Experience in the field : 3 years (Experience in Pet/ Hospital industry preferred)
Languages :Fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi (written and verbal)
Skill Set: Vet practice Management Software, Client Communication, Problem Solving
