Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, good problem-solving abilities and experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
Develop and customize Salesforce functionalities based on business requirements.
Build and integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems and applications.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues.
Perform testing, code reviews and application enhancements.
Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Optimize existing Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.
Follow Salesforce development standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
Good understanding of Salesforce customization and development.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
