We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
- Understand customers' property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, loan assistance, registration, and possession.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
