We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor & Technician to join our team. This dual-role position combines customer service responsibilities with hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers while also performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Advisor Duties:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional manner
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Explain technical issues and recommended services clearly to customers
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Communicate repair progress and timelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues
Technician Duties:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles/equipment
- Inspect systems and identify mechanical or technical problems
- Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and part replacements
- Test vehicles/equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Keep tools and work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Technician, or similar role
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Basic computer skills for service documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
