Job Summary
Location - Nanded, Parbhani and Buldana
The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's pediatric and mother & child healthcare services by developing strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate organizations, schools, and community stakeholders. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to assigned areas to generate patient referrals, increase brand awareness, and achieve business development targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pediatricians, gynecologists, general physicians, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals to establish and maintain referral relationships.
- Promote the hospital's healthcare services, specialties, facilities, and treatment programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral sources within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to corporate offices, schools, daycare centers, NGOs, and residential societies for healthcare awareness and tie-ups.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, CMEs, promotional events, and community outreach activities.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, services, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly patient referral and business development targets.
- Prepare daily field visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Resolve referral partner queries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Represent the hospital professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and medical conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Healthcare Management) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or healthcare marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also be considered.

Job Requirements
- This is a 100% field-based role involving extensive travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
