Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain secure enterprise network architecture.
Lead L3 troubleshooting for complex network and security incidents.
Plan, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Data Center network infrastructure.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching environments.
Design and implement enterprise security solutions using Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point technologies.
Manage network security infrastructure including Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Cisco ISE, NAC, and Zero Trust security frameworks.
Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
Drive governance initiatives, security audits, and vulnerability remediation.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, threat mitigation, and problem management.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams for project implementation and operational support.
Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and implementation plans.
Ensure high availability, redundancy, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity of the network infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS security frameworks is preferred.
Candidate Profile:
7–12 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking and Network Security.
CCNP Security certification is mandatory.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.
Stable career history with a minimum of 3 years in each organization preferred.
Ready to work from the Lower Parel, Mumbai office.
Available to join immediately or within 30 days.
Pay: ₹324,283.15 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
