Job Summary
The plant HR is responsible for managing all HR and administrative activities at the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth workforce operations, compliance with labour laws, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant manpower (operators, technicians, supervisors, staff, etc.).
- Conduct employee joining, induction, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime data.
- Manage employee records, HRMS updates, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, the Factory Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors for contract labour compliance and documentation.
- Monitor contract labour attendance, billing, and statutory records.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, training programmes, and welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee confirmation processes.
- Maintain disciplinary procedures and support domestic enquiries when required.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and canteen vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, absenteeism reports, and attrition data.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.

Qualification
- PGDM in HR / Graduate with HR specialization
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in plant HR within a manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
