Job Title: EXIM Executive
Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai (HO)
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with overseas clients and vendors.
- Handle inbound and outbound cargo movements.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely execution of import and export shipments.
- Manage import/export arrangements and documentation with C&F agents.
- Prepare and verify export documentation.
- Coordinate shipment tracking and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records related to EXIM operations and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a similar EXIM/Export-Import role.
- Preferably from FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Good communication skills with strong command of English.
- Ability to handle and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SEZ operations and customs procedures.
- Understanding of SEZ customs regulations will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good organizational and documentation skills
